Chronically Curious Creative
I'm a builder at heart — of teams, of culture, of processes that bring clarity to creativity. At Discover, I've grown a team of designers focused on crafting meaningful digital experiences. Before that, I helped shape design culture at Allstate and Northern Trust, making collaboration smoother and ideas stronger. I also founded my own photography studio, where I wore all the hats — from creative director to business strategist — and built a thriving team from scratch. No matter the setting, I love creating the conditions where design — and designers — can truly shine.
